This video was somewhat revelatory to me. I knew that Fox was a coordinated news outlet but I had no idea it was so rigid. That's the iron fist of the corporate agenda. What do you think of this co-ordination of news outlets? Is it harmless or a propaganda arm of certain interests?

I have learned to keep my political opinions to myself and try to focus on WT subjects. Apparently I have a red flag for posting anything of descent on the Don. Its ok, I never was a Don Bible student. Catch that old timers? lol

Removing Historic Monuments and Statues - Does the Term "Historical" Make it Right or Wrong?
by RubaDub inafter further review and thought, i really don't see how removing a monument or statue that may be truly offensive to a large group of people is in some way rewriting history.. i think of germany or other parts of europe.
you don't see swastikas on buildings or statues of hitler or mussolini or other upper level generals in public.
would it be good for a person (think jewish) to drive around a city and see hitler in a public park, even though it is "historical?

I've not investigated what kind of money they are getting so its hard to comment. The uneducated knee jerk reaction would be hell no. But, I don't think Tanks are a necessary expenditure. They may need help knowing where to spend the money they are already getting. I'm in a small town so if they cut much more they'll all be paroling on scooters!

Resurrection, Reconstruction? What is it? It never made sense to me. Your opinion.
by Wasanelder Once ini never had much faith in whatever resurrection was.
what appealed to me about jw doctrines was the rejection of the "it's a mystery" defense of the indefensible.
when i would ask how going into non existence could be reversed when all the atomic parts of who we are had been scattered for thousands of years, the answer was "jehovah can do anything".

Ding, I honestly couldn't bring myself to believe it. Yes I promoted it but there was never any emotion in my appeal of it to others. It seemed the most unfair to me the way it was taught. Hitler types being brought back after such torment and suffering put on others by them. How could I have peace even knowing that asshole was getting a second chance while someone else was dying in Armageddon because they had a suspicion of the WT man made religion or sincerely were born a Muslim? It was among the many cracks in the damn that broke and washed me away to freedom.

When I would ask how going into non existence could be reversed when all the atomic parts of who we are had been scattered for thousands of years, the answer was "Jehovah can do anything". Also, if new materials are used, would we really be the same person, reconstructed? Doesn't that support the idea that there is some constant personality existing, at least as a blueprint? When we die we are alive "In God's Mind" was the usual answer. It might as well be "It's a mystery." Finally, if Jesus was brought back to life, didn't that undo the sacrifice since nothing was really lost? OK, he gave up the right to life forever as a perfect human, whoo'de'doo. He went from second in command to second in command with a crown. Big sacrifice. What are your thoughts on the idea of resurrection? Was it a problematic doctrine for you?

Over 20 years ago a relative who was in charge of the "Circuit" library at the Ass hall was asked to throw it all away. He saved the reel to reel tapes and gave them to me. He also gave me a copy of Heritage which I digitized and posted on YouTube years later. The tapes were the complete set of radio dramas from WBBR and distributed as PSA's to stations throughout the U.S.. I think they are very entertaining. They are in a soap opera form with each episode based on subjects like; "What's the smoke worth", "Gluttony" and a ton of other subjects. I just haven't posted them anywhere yet. Kinda lost interest. Could any of them be on your reels Lastman?

One source says that there must be a 70% infection rate to achieve herd immunity. The isolation has kept it closer to 5%. Unless we achieve either 70% or have a vaccine there will be no closure any time soon. The question is, will you be willing to become part of the 65% infected and face possible death so others can by their Baby Yoda doll at Walmart?
